The invention discloses a combined pier column of a large building bridge and a pouring method of the combined pier column. The combined pier column comprises a concave pier head, one side of the concave pier head is fixedly connected with a left pier head; the other side of the concave pier head is fixedly connected with a connecting wall; the concave pier head is connected with a convex pier head through a small groove; a convex arm is fixedly connected to one side of the convex pier head; the other side of the convex pier head is fixedly connected with a right pier head; the back surface ofthe concave pier head is clamped with an arm unfolding pier head; two inner extending arms are fixedly connected to the front surface of the extending arm pier head; a large groove is formed betweenthe two inner extending arms; and the side surfaces of the two inner extending arms linearly extend outwards and are fixedly connected with outer extending arms. By means of the combined pier column,the problems that due to the fact that the stability of the combined pier column is not enough and the combination of all assemblies is not firm enough, the anti-seismic, anti-bending and anti-shearing performance is reduced, and due to the fact that the assemblies are prefabricated, the assemblies are not tight enough after being combined together, the meshing force is not enough, and the safetyis reduced are solved.
