Foldable beam replacing machine
The invention relates to the field of bridge frame replacement, in particular to a foldable beam replacing machine. The machine comprises a guide beam, a first driving mechanism and a first limiting mechanism, the lower end of the guide beam is provided with a pair of beam hanging trolleys for hanging and moving beam pieces; supporting legs are hinged to the two ends of the guide beam respectively. Each supporting leg comprises a moving trolley arranged below the guide beam and a supporting arm hinged to the guide beam and the moving trolley. A lintel hole for a beam piece to penetrate throughis formed in the supporting arm, the first driving mechanism is used for driving the supporting arm to swing relative to the guide beam and the moving trolley so as to achieve lifting of the guide beam, and the first limiting mechanism is used for limiting swing of the supporting arm. The states of the guide beam and the moving trolley can be adjusted by controlling swinging of the supporting arms, when the guide beam is transported, the guide beam is located at the low position and supported on the moving trolley, and therefore transportation can be facilitated, when equipment needs to work,the guide beam can be rapidly switched to the high position, hoisting and moving of beam pieces can be conveniently completed, and the construction efficiency is high.
