To provide a beam replacing jig and a beam replacing method that enable beam members to be easily replaced indoors without creating an opening in a roof of a steel-framed building.SOLUTION: A beam replacing jig 1 for replacing beam members using hanging means 10 inside a steel-framed building comprises a top plate 2, a vertical member 3, a horizontal member 4, and a bottom plate 5. The top plate has means for connecting to the beam member, the vertical member is fixed perpendicularly to the top plate and the bottom plate, and the horizontal member is fixed perpendicularly to the bottom plate and has means for engaging with the hanging means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
