The structures of the two supporting pieces are the same, fracture-resistance grooves are formed in one side of the supporting pieces, a plurality of transverse reinforcing rods are arranged in each fracture-resistance groove, one sides of the transverse reinforcing rods are fixedly connected with the fracture-resistance grooves, the other sides of the horizontal reinforcing rods are in a curved shape,a plurality of inclined reinforcing rods are fixedly arranged in each fracture-resistance groove, the transverse reinforcing rods are connected with the inclined reinforcing rods in a stagger mode, two symmetrically arranged fixed pieces are fixedly arranged on each supporting piece, two fixed grooves are symmetrically arranged on each supporting piece, the fixed pieces are matched with the fixedgrooves, the tension sensors are surface-mounted tension sensors, the tension sensors are arranged in the fracture-resistance grooves, and one sides of the fracture-resistance grooves are fixedly connected with the transverse reinforcing rods.
