The invention discloses a precast component connection assembly and a precast concrete component. The connection assembly comprises a joint and a carrying bar. A first connection cavity and a second connection cavity are formed in the joint and communicate with each other, and an axial blocking face is formed between the first connection cavity and the second connection cavity. The carrying bar penetrates through the second connection cavity in the axial direction. An anti-off part is formed at the end, located in the joint, of the carrying bar, and the anti-off part and the axial blocking face achieve a reverse clamping stop and tight pressing. The pressing contact position of the anti-off part is provided with at least one embedded part embedded into the axial blocking face in the circumferential direction. An inward-concave embedding area for holding the embedded part is formed on the axial blocking face. Through the connection assembly, sealing performance of the connection position of the joint and the carrying bar can be improved, the effect that external-connection performance of the joint is not influenced is ensured, and loss of concrete slurry is avoided.
