The invention provides an automatic exhaust device of a pressure tank. The automatic exhaust device is characterized in that a screw port at one end of the automatic exhaust device can be fastened with a control port of the pressure tank. A screw port at the other end of the automatic exhaust device can be fastened with a port of a pressure gauge body. A control rod is connected with a shell through a rotating shaft. A spring can lift the control rod upwards. An air guide pipe is sealed by a valve plate fixed with the control rod. An air control valve cap sleeves the upper end of the air guidepipe and can be opened or closed according to air pressure. According to the height of the water level in the pressure tank, a floater with a certain weight senses and generates actions to exhaust redundant gas in the pressure tank in time.A faucet is prevented from spraying air or the pressure tank is prevented from lack of air. The safety and comfort of using tap water are improved.
