PRESSURE REGULATING VALVE FOR EXHAUST PIPE
To provide a pressure regulating valve for an exhaust valve having a novel configuration.SOLUTION: A pressure regulating valve 10 for an exhaust valve for regulating pressure in the exhaust pipe has: a housing 11 having a valve seat 23 formed around a communication hole 22 for making a ventilation pipe extending while being branched from the exhaust pipe and the outside communicate with each other, and a support cylinder part 27 arranged in the communication hole 22: a shaft part 16 which is displaceable along an axial line direction in the support cylinder part 27; and a valve part 18 for blocking the communication hole 22 while abutting on the valve seat 23 by the gravity, and displaced so as to separate from the valve seat 23 by a pressure difference between the pressure in the exhaust pipe and the outside pressure. The valve part 18 is formed of an elastomer (soft resin), and after the shaft part 16 is pushed up until it reaches a maximum displacement amount, the valve part 18 is deflected so as to be warped upward. At an external peripheral edge of the valve seat 18, a maximum value of the upward displacement amount based on the deflection of the valve part 18 exceeds the upward maximum displacement amount based on the deflection of the shaft part 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】新規な構成の排水管用圧力調整弁を提供すること。【解決手段】排水管用圧力調整弁10は、排水管内の圧力を調整するものであり、排水管から分岐して延びる通気管と外部とを連通する連通孔22の周囲に形成された弁座23及び連通孔22内に配置された支持筒部27を有するハウジング11と、支持筒部27内をその軸線方向に沿って変位可能な軸部16、及び重力により弁座23に当接されて連通孔22を閉塞する一方、排水管内の圧力と外部の圧力との圧力差によって弁座23から離間するように変位する弁部18を有している。弁部18はエラストマ(軟質樹脂)により形成されており、軸部16が最大変位量となるまで押し上げられた後は、弁部18が上方に反り返るように撓む。弁部18の外周縁について、弁部18の撓みに基づく上方への変位の量の最大値は、軸部16の変位に基づく上方への最大変位量を超える。【選択図】図3
