Overlapping construction method for adjacent roof panels
The invention provides an overlapping construction method for adjacent roof panels, and relates to the field of urban construction. The method mainly comprises the following steps: a plurality of aluminum alloy fixing seats are installed on preset purlins, and a first overlapping part and a second overlapping part on one of the roof panels are installed at the top ends of the corresponding aluminum alloy fixing seats respectively; in the longitudinal overlapping direction of the roof panels, head and tail ends of any two adjacent roof panels are overlapped; first waterproof ribs are arranged at the head ends of the roof panels in the width direction, and second waterproof ribs matched with the first waterproof ribs are arranged at the tail ends of the roof panels. The head and the tail ends of two adjacent roof panels which are longitudinally overlapped are matched and connected by the first waterproof ribs and the second waterproof ribs. The arranged first waterproof ribs and second waterproof ribs can not only enhance the load-bearing capacity of the roof panels, but also improve connection reliability of the two adjacent roof panels overlapped longitudinally, and prevent rainwater from infiltrating from joints of the two adjacent roof panels to a certain extent.
本发明提供一种相邻屋面板相互搭接的施工方法,涉及城市建设领域。该方法主要包括如下步骤:将多个铝合金固定座安装在预设的檩条上,再将其中一个屋面板上的第一搭接部和第二搭接部分别安装至相应的铝合金固定座的顶端。在屋面板的纵向搭接方向上,再将任意相邻的两个屋面板的首端和尾端进行搭接。屋面板的首端沿其宽度方向上设置有第一防水肋,屋面板的尾端设置有与第一防水肋匹配的第二防水肋。纵向搭接的两个相邻屋面板的首端和尾端通过第一防水肋和第二防水肋匹配连接。第一防水肋和第二防水肋的设置不仅能增强屋面板的承重能力,还能提高纵向搭接的两个相邻屋面板连接的可靠性,还能在一定程度上避免雨水从两个相邻屋面板的连接处渗入。
