ASSEMABLED SANDWICHES PANEL OVERLAPPING TYPE FOR ROOF CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to an overlapping-type sandwich panel assembly for roof construction and, more specifically, to an overlapping-type sandwich panel assembly for roof construction which prevents the coupling portion of a bolt for fixing a sandwich panel to a roof structure from being exposed to the outside, accordingly prevents the penetration of rainwater into the roof structure and prevents dewfall through the coupling bolt in sequentially assembling multiple sandwich panels for a roof on top of the roof structure in a widthwise direction. The overlapping-type sandwich panel assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a surface plate having a lower cover part, which is formed as the shape of being bent to protrude upward extends in a lengthwise direction, formed at one side among both right and left sides in a widthwise direction, and having an upper cover part bent at the other side to correspond to the exterior shape in the widthwise direction of the lower cover part; a rear surface plate installed on the rear surface of the surface plate with a gap therebetween to face the surface plate; and a filling material inserted between the surface plate and the rear surface plate, wherein the upper cover part is covered and combined with the lower cover part of another adjacent surface plate.
본 발명은 지붕 설치용 착고형 샌드위치 패널 조립체에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 다수의 지붕용 샌드위치 패널을 지붕 구조체 위에 가로방향으로 연속하여 조립함에 있어서, 지붕 구조체에 샌드위치 패널을 고정하기 위한 볼트의 체결부위가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하고, 이를 통해 지붕 구조체 내부로 빗물이 스며드는 것을 방지하고 체결볼트를 통한 결로발생을 방지하도록 하는 지붕 설치용 착고형 샌드위치 패널 조립체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지붕 설치용 착고형 샌드위치 패널 조립체는, 폭 방향의 좌우 양측 중 일측에 상측으로 돌출되게 굴곡진 형상이 길이 방향으로 연장된 하부 덮개부가 형성되고, 그 타측에 상기 하부 덮개부의 폭 방향 외곽 형상을 따라 대응하도록 굴곡 형성된 상부 덮개부가 형성되는 표면판; 상기 표면판의 이면에 간격을 두고 대향 설치되는 이면판; 및 상기 표면판과 이면판 사이에 개재되는 충전재; 를 포함하고, 상기 상부 덮개부는 이웃된 다른 표면판의 하부 덮개부에 씌워져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
