The insulation board takes the reinforcing surface layer and the reinforcing bottom layer as a main body structure, and the organic insulation layer is a main functional structure, the strength of the surface layer and the strength of the bottom layer are reinforced by a reinforcing material, the organic insulation layer is wrapped between the reinforcing surface layer and the reinforcing bottom layer, the thermal conductivity coefficient of the organic insulation layer is low, the thermal insulation effect is good, the thickness of the decorative insulation board is smaller and the system safety is better while the same thermal insulation effect is met, and the organic insulation layer is wrapped inside the insulation board, so that the overall fireproof level of the composite insulation board reaches class A.
