The invention discloses a light thermal insulation decorative composite board, and relates to the technical field of building boards. The composite board comprises a composite board body and a connecting pin, wherein the composite board body is divided into a decorative layer, a thermal insulation layer and a mounting layer; the decorative layer comprises a decorative plate, a supporting plate anda waterproof plate; the heat preservation layer comprises a first heat insulation plate, a second heat insulation plate and a heat preservation plate; and the mounting layer comprises a first flexible plate, a second flexible plate and a fixing plate. According to the composite board, the decorative layer, the thermal insulation layer and the mounting layer are arranged in the composite board body, so that the composite board body has a decorative function and a thermal insulation function at the same time; meanwhile, the decorative layer, the heat preservation layer and the mounting layer are connected in a penetrating mode through connecting pins, and an auxiliary connecting function is provided for connection of all plates in the composite plate body; pin plates with different shapes are arranged in the connecting pins, so that different decorative effects are added to the decorative layer; clamping grooves and clamping blocks are arranged, and the clamping grooves and the clampingblocks of every two adjacent composite board bodies are matched in a clamped mode, so that the two composite board bodies are firmly connected and installed.
