Reinforcing agent for foam cement, and foam cement using same
The invention relates to a reinforcing agent for foam cement, and foam cement using the same. The reinforcing agent for the foam cement comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40-60 parts of silica fume, 20 to 40 parts of nanometer crystal whiskers and 1-3 parts of fibers. The nanometer crystal whiskers are used as a core of cement hardening, so the toughness and the strength of the hardened cement are improved; the silica fume plays a role in filling in gaps; and the fibers deeply participate in cement hardening and gap filling on the surface of the nanometer crystal whiskers,and mainly plays a role in preliminary bridging and strengthening of each subsequently obtained part.
一种发泡水泥增强剂及使用该增强剂的发泡水泥,包括如下质量份数的原料:硅灰:40‑60份;纳米晶须:20‑40份;纤维:1‑3份。本申请采用纳米晶须作为水泥硬化的核心,从而提高水泥硬化之后的韧性和强度,硅灰起到填充缝隙的作用,而纤维深度参与到纳米晶须表面的水泥硬化以及缝隙填充中去,主要是起到初步桥连以及加强后续得到的各个部分。
