Cement foam stabilizing agent, cement composition thereof and application method thereof
The invention discloses a cement foam stabilizing agent, which has a structural formula shown as the specification. Specifically, R1 and R2 are alkyl with 3-10 carbon atom numbers, and R represents a molecular skeleton. The invention also discloses a cement composition based on the cement foam stabilizing agent, and the cement composition comprises the following components by mass: 35%-50% of cement; 5-15% of polyvinyl alcohol; 4-10% of a water reducer; 1-10% of the foam stabilizing agent; 1-8% of sodium bicarbonate; 1-5% of oleic acid; 5-10% of polystyrene powder; and 10-30% of water. The cement foam stabilizing agent provided by the invention has a better function of stabilizing cell shape and size and mechanical properties, maintains the cell strength and toughness, and simultaneously enhances the strength of the cement foaming material system. The cement composition provided by the invention has the characteristics of small volume-weight, small heat conductivity coefficient, low density, high strength and no burning.
