The invention provides a titanium dioxide-magnesium oxide composite biological ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The corresponding composite biological ceramic material is obtained bytaking nano titanium dioxide as a matrix material, adding nano magnesium oxide with different contents, and adjusting the sintering temperature and the sintering time. The obtained composite biological ceramic material not only has excellent mechanical properties and biocompatibility of a titanium dioxide ceramic material, but also has excellent biological activity and osteogenesis promoting performance of magnesium oxide, and the biological ceramic material which has biological activity and high mechanical strength and which can promote osteogenesis is obtained.
本发明提供一种二氧化钛和氧化镁复合生物陶瓷材料及其制备方法,以纳米二氧化钛为基体材料,通过添加不同含量的纳米氧化镁,调节烧结温度和烧结时间来获得相应的复合生物陶瓷材料。所得复合生物陶瓷材料不仅具有二氧化钛陶瓷材料优良的力学性能和生物相容性,同时兼具氧化镁的优良生物活性以及促成骨性能,获得了一种既具有生物活性,又有着较高力学强度同时还能促进成骨的生物陶瓷材料。
