The invention relates to antibacterial silver-loaded ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of inorganic functional materials. According to the preparation method, cordierite honeycomb ceramic is used as a matrix, silver nitrate is used as a precursor, polyvinylpyrrolidone is used as a protective agent, and nano-silver/polydopamine antibacterial silver-loadedceramic is prepared through a reduction reaction utilizing sodium borohydride. Therefore, the obtained ceramic has excellent antibacterial and bactericidal properties. Dopamine can form a polydopaminelayer with super-strong adhesiveness on the surface of an inorganic material through oxidation polymerization, catechol groups in polydopamine molecules have certain reducibility, and metal ions suchas gold and silver can be reduced into elementary substances. Meanwhile, the metal nanoparticles and the inorganic material can generate covalent and non-covalent interactions through catechol and amino functional groups on the polydopamine layer, so that the nano-silver particles are strongly attached to the surface of the cordierite honeycomb ceramic matrix.
本发明涉及一种抗菌型载银陶瓷及其制备方法,属于无机功能材料技术领域。本发明采用堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为基体,硝酸银为前驱体,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为保护剂,用硼氢化钠还原反应制备纳米银/聚多巴胺抗菌型载银陶瓷;使该陶瓷具备优异的抗菌和杀菌性能。多巴胺能够在无机材料表面通过自身氧化聚合形成超强黏附性的聚多巴胺层,聚多巴胺分子中的邻苯二酚基团具有一定的还原性,能够将金、银等金属离子还原成单质。同时,金属纳米颗粒与无机材料能够通过聚多巴胺层上的邻苯二酚和氨基官能团产生共价和非共价的相互作用,使纳米银粒子强力的附着于堇青石蜂窝陶瓷基体表面上。
