The invention relates to a silver-loaded diatom shell antibacterial ceramic filter core and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: sequentially carrying out mixing,grinding, liquid phase mixing and drying on raw material particles containing a silver-loaded diatom shells, and then carrying out hot pressing sintering to obtain the silver-loaded diatom shell antibacterial ceramic filter core. Different from a process of preparing a blank firstly and then sintering and molding in the prior art, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that hot pressing sintering treatment is carried out at the same time of pressing and sintering, so that the sintering temperature is relatively low, the porous structure of the silver-loaded diatomshell can be prevented from being damaged, and the compressive strength of the ceramic filter core can be greatly improved; and the prepared silver-loaded diatom shell antibacterial ceramic filter core has the nano-silver loading capacity of 0.15-0.4%, has excellent adsorption performance, has the filtering precision as high as 10-100 microns and the specific surface area of 65 m<2>/g, also has sterilization and inactivation effects, ensures the water quality safety of domestic water, prolongs the service life of the ceramic filter core, and further improves the market competitiveness of theproduct.
本发明涉及一种载银硅藻壳抗菌陶瓷滤芯及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括:对含载银硅藻壳的原料颗粒依次进行混合、研磨、液相混炼和干燥,然后进行热压烧结,得到所述载银硅藻壳抗菌陶瓷滤芯。与现有技术中先制坯料再烧结成型的工艺不同,本发明所述制备方法采用压制和烧结同时进行的热压烧结处理,使得烧结温度较低,不仅可以保证载银硅藻壳的多孔结构不被破坏,还可以大大提高陶瓷滤芯的抗压强度;而且,制备得到的载银硅藻壳抗菌陶瓷滤芯的纳米银负载量为0.15~0.4%,具备优良的吸附性能,过滤精度高达10~100μm,比表面积可以达到65m2/g,还具有杀菌灭活作用,保证生活用水水质安全,延长陶瓷滤芯的使用寿命,进一步增加产品市场竞争力。
