Anti-slip upper locking combined type rail shock absorber
An anti-slip-out upper locking combined type rail shock absorber comprises a base, an elastic base plate, a rail bearing plate, a plurality of locking rings and a plurality of buckling rings. The basecomprises a base body and a plurality of locking stand columns arranged in a protruding mode. A plurality of locking clamps are arranged at the top ends of the locking stand columns in the circumferential direction. The elastic base plate is provided with a plurality of mounting through holes corresponding to the locking stand columns respectively. The rail bearing plate is provided with a plurality of column penetrating through holes corresponding to the locking stand columns, and a plurality of lock seats are arranged at the bottom end of each column penetrating through hole in the circumferential direction at intervals. A plurality of lock tongues are arranged on the hole wall of a central through hole of each locking ring at intervals in the circumferential direction. The rail bearingplate, the elastic base plate and the base are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and the locking stand columns sequentially penetrate through the mounting through holes and the column penetrating through holes. The locking rings extend into the corresponding column penetrating through holes, and the lock tongues of the locking rings are clamped into gaps between the lock seats and the lockclamps and downwards extrude the lock seats, so that the rail bearing plate downwards presses the elastic base plate. The track shock absorber has high locking capacity, and meanwhile, the mounting height of a track spike bolt can be reduced.
防滑出上锁紧组合型轨道减振器,包括底座、弹性垫板、承轨板、多个锁紧环和多个扣环。底座包括底座本体及凸设的多个锁紧立柱;锁紧立柱的顶端沿周向设有多个锁卡。弹性垫板设有分别与多个锁紧立柱对应的多个安装通孔。承轨板设有分别与多个锁紧立柱对应的多个穿柱通孔,各穿柱通孔的底端沿周向间隔设有多个锁座。各锁紧环的中心通孔的孔壁沿周向间隔设有多个锁舌。承轨板、弹性垫板和底座从上至下依次叠置,各锁紧立柱依次穿过安装通孔和穿柱通孔;各锁紧环伸入相对应的穿柱通孔内,锁紧环的各锁舌卡入锁座与锁卡之间的间隙,并对锁座形成向下的挤压,使承轨板向下压迫弹性垫板。本发明具有较强的锁紧能力,同时可降低道钉螺栓的安装高度。
