The invention discloses an upper locking combined type shock absorber and a using method thereof.The shock absorber comprises an upper iron base plate, a middle rubber base plate, a lower iron base plate and a connecting sleeve, the lower iron base plate comprises a lower iron base plate body and a locking stand column arranged on the lower iron base plate body, and a locking clamp is arranged at the top end of the locking stand column; mounting through holes corresponding to the locking stand columns are formed in the middle rubber cushion plate, and limiting bosses are arranged on the outer sides of the mounting through holes. Mounting through holes corresponding to the locking stand columns are formed in the connecting sleeve, convex clamps which are outward in the circumferential direction are arranged at the top end of the connecting sleeve, lock seats are arranged at the bottom end of an inner hole of the connecting sleeve, and a limiting groove is formed between the two lock seats; a mounting through hole corresponding to the connecting sleeve is formed in the upper iron base plate; and a groove matched with the convex clamp at the top end of the connecting sleeve in appearance is formed in the outer side of the through hole.
