A reinforcing boss is arranged at the position, opposite to the weld joint avoiding groove, of the back face., and the reinforcing boss protrudes out of the back face along the Z axis. The top face is provided with a wheel avoiding groove close to theback face, and the wheel avoiding groove comprises a horizontal groove face and an inclined groove face. The weld joint avoiding groove extends towards the top face along the X axis by a preset widthvalue at the joint of the reinforcing boss and the bottom face, and a notch is formed in the reinforcing boss. The stress at the junction of the edge of each avoiding groove and the side face of the groove can be well dispersed.
