The invention discloses a clamp and a method for measuring the size of a weld joint clamping plate. The clamp comprises a clamping plate main body, an open groove is dug in the clamping plate main body; the outline edge of the groove is configured to be just buckled outside the steel rail contact surface of the to-be-detected weld joint clamping plate; the outline edge of the groove comprises oblique line edges and a first arc-shaped edge; the two oblique line edges are arranged close to the two ends of the clamping plate main body respectively; each oblique line edge is provided with a firstend point and a second end point; the first end point of each oblique line edge is positioned on the first side edge of the clamping plate main body; comparing to a first endpoint, the second end point is closer to a shaft; the first arc-shaped edge is arranged close to the second side edge of the clamping plate main body; and two ends are respectively connected with the second end points of the two oblique line edges. In the measurement state, a gap between one oblique line edge and the upper inclined surface of the weld joint clamping plate is smaller than a preset value, the gap between theother oblique line edge and the lower inclined surface of the weld joint clamping plate is smaller than the preset value, and a gap between the first arc-shaped edge and the matched arc surface of the weld joint clamping plate is smaller than a preset value. The measurement program is easy to standardize, the measurement efficiency is high, and the precision is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种测量焊缝夹板尺寸的卡具及其方法,卡具具有卡板主体,卡板主体挖设有开槽,开槽的轮廓边形状构造成恰好能够卡扣到待测焊缝夹板的钢轨接触面外,开槽的轮廓边包括斜线边和第一弧形边,两条斜线边分别临近卡板主体的两端设置,每一条斜线边具有第一端点和第二端点,每一条斜线边的第一端点位于卡板主体的第一侧边上,相比于第一端点,第二端点更靠近轴,第一弧形边临近卡板主体的第二侧边设置,两端分别连接两斜线边的第二端点,测量状态下,一斜线边与焊缝夹板的上斜面的间隙小于预设值,另一斜线边与焊缝夹板的下斜面的间隙小于预设值,第一弧形边与焊缝夹板的配合弧面的间隙小于预设值。本发明测量程序易于标准化,测量效率高,有利于保障精度。
