A motor is mounted on one side, far away from a cooling fan, of the motor shell. A rotating shaft is mounted at the output end of the motor. A diamond saw blade is arranged on the side, away from the rotating shaft, of the telescopic rod. A protective shell is arrangedabove the diamond saw blade. The water tank is communicated with the protective shell through a water pipe. A storage battery shell is fixed to the top end of the motor shell, and a storage battery isinstalled in the storage battery shell. A guide rod is hinged to the center of the side wall of one end of the supporting plate, and a guide wheel is hinged to the interior of a guide wheel groove. Working fatigue of an operator is relieved, the service life of the motor device is prolonged, and the application range of the road joint cutter is widened.
