Dismounting method of bonded prestressed carbon fiber plate
The invention discloses a dismounting method of a bonded prestressed carbon fiber plate. The dismounting method comprises the following steps: (1) loosening a steel pressing sheet on a prestressed carbon fiber plate; (2) respectively extending cut screw rods at the two ends by using threaded sleeves, and mounting a jack; (3) puling the screw rods through the jack, and loosening nuts; (4) removingthe thrust of the jack step by step to ensure that no residual stress exists at the end part of the carbon fiber plate and the nuts are always kept in a loosened state; (5) installing a limiting pressing piece at the end of the carbon fiber plate, cutting off the end, connected with an anchor block, of the carbon fiber plate, and taking down an anchor seat and the anchor block; (6) arranging limiting pressing pieces at intervals along the carbon fiber plate; and (7) cutting and segmenting the carbon fiber plate, destroying a residual glue layer on the surface of the segmented carbon plate, andtaking down the carbon fiber plate segment by segment. By adopting the technical scheme, the prestressed carbon fiber plate which is fixed on the bottom surface of a beam through epoxy glue and an anchorage device can be dismounted, the construction operation is simple, and the efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种粘接式预应力碳纤维板的拆卸方法,包括以下步骤:(1)松开预应力碳纤维板上的钢压片;(2)用螺纹套管分别对两端已裁切的螺杆进行延长,并安装千斤顶;(3)通过千斤顶对螺杆进行拉动,松开螺母;(4)逐级卸除千斤顶的推力,确保碳纤维板端部无残余应力,并使螺母始终保持松开状态;(5)在碳纤维板端部安装限位压片,截断与碳纤维板与锚块的连接端部,并取下锚座及锚块;(6)沿着碳纤维板间隔设置限位压片;(7)对碳纤维板进行切割分段,再将分段好的碳板表面的残余胶水层破坏,逐段取下碳纤维板。采用上述技术方案,能够对已经通过环氧胶及锚具固定于梁底面的预应力碳纤维板进行拆除,并且施工操作简单,效率高。
