The invention relates to a stress supplementing method for a prestressed carbon fiber plate. The stress supplementing method comprises the following steps of: placing jacks between a concrete component and the prestressed carbon fiber plate which is positioned below the concrete component and is used for reinforcing the concrete component, and carrying out jacking; after the jack carries out jacking to a certain jacking amount, arranging a roller shaft of which the diameter is matched with the jacking amount of the jack is in the middle of the prestressed carbon fiber plate of the concrete component; and then, removing the jacks, and filling a gap generated between the concrete component and the prestressed carbon fiber plate with structural adhesive.
