The invention provides a supporting body anchor rod. The supporting body anchor rod comprises an anchor rod body and at least one supporting body sleeved on the anchor rod body. The outer surface of the anchor rod body is provided with an outer rib. The surface, sleeved on the anchor rod body, of the supporting body is provided with inner ribs matched with the outer ribs. The supporting body is used for being sleeved on the anchor rod body and is bitten to the outer ribs. A flexible interlayer is further arranged between the outer ribs of the anchor rod body and the inner ribs of the supporting body. Through deformation of the flexible interlayer, the bite force of the supporting body on the anchor rod body can be increased, and stress concentration possibly generated between the supporting body and the anchor rod body during drawing of the anchor rod is reduced or avoided; meanwhile, resistance force acting on the supporting body and a grouting body can tend towards equilibrium, the anchoring strength of the anchor rod is substantially improved, and the using effect and safety of the anchor rod are reliably ensured. The invention further provides the anchor rod with a sac. The sacis arranged at the lower end of the anchor rod body. The diameter of an anchoring section of the anchor rod is increased, and the pulling resistance of the anchor rod is further increased.
