Overhung steel beams are arranged on the outer frame columns outwards, edge sealing floors are arranged above the overhung steel beams, and edge sealing structures are arranged at the outer ends of edgesealing beams. The edge sealing structures are prefabricated edge sealing beams and comprise prefabricated concrete beams, prefabricated formworks and reserved rebars. The edge sealing floors are arranged on the outer sides of the outer frame columns and the outer frame beams. A prefabricated concrete beam structure is suitable for being adopted, the rigidity of the prefabricated edge sealing beams is large, concrete at the roots of the edges sealing floors and the overhung beams can be prevented from cracking, and safety and reliability are achieved; the prefabricated edge sealing beams canbe produced on a large scale and are low in manufacturing cost and convenient to mount; and in a super high-rise building adopting the edge sealing steel beams, materials are saved, the on-site workload is reduced, construction is simplified, and the construction speed is increased.
