Concrete beam strengthening structure
The invention discloses a concrete beam strengthening structure. A plurality of steel bars are configured on the periphery of a hole according to the normal stress and structure requirements, and steel angles are arranged on the periphery of the hole to form a concentric-square-shaped strengthening structure. The steel angles are welded to the adjacent steel bars. The steel angles and the steel bars are welded into a whole, the overall stiffness is large, and the bending resistance and shear capacity are superior to those of common steel bars. Thus, through the structure, the bearing capacityof a beam provided with the rectangular hole is higher than that of an opening beam structure provided with inclined steel bars according to existing design. The size and location of the hole can break through the requirements of an existing structure manual. The influence of the hole on the bearing capacity of a reinforced concrete beam is greatly reduced, and the safety use of opening beam is ensured. Meanwhile, the steel angles and the steel bars are simple in arrangement, low in cost and easy to weld and install on site. Manpower and time waste caused by complex procedures such as bindingand fixing the inclined steel bars in the prior art is avoided. The site construction progress is accelerated. The concrete beam strengthening structure is fast and convenient to construct, time-saving and economical.
