The invention discloses a steel clad concrete beam structural tooling. The tooling comprises a steel clad structure, a template framework structure and templates. The template framework structure comprises two template frames and fasteners used for connecting the two template frames together. The template framework structure further comprises a middle second connecting component. The inner ends ofthe template frames sleeve the steel clad structure and are fixed to the steel clad structure. The templates are fixed into the template frames. According to the tooling provided by the invention, the structure combining the steel clad structure and the template framework structure is adopted, the steel clad structure serves as a setting template for prefabricated concrete casting pouring, and anchor bars are preinstalled in the steel clad structure and matched with the portion, without clad steel, of the template framework structure, so that clad steel on the surface of a prefabricated concrete beam is inverted and subjected to one-time pouring molding. According to the tooling, the steel clad structure serves as the pouring template adopting a one-time pouring molding method, the difficulty in upright-put construction of clad steel on the surface of a prefabricated concrete casting is overcome, the integrality of one-time pouring molding is good, the structural strength is high, exposed corners are protected, and raise dust is reduced.
