The invention discloses a leakage detection device and system with a water immersion alarm function. The leakage detection device comprises a shell and a water leakage detection module, and further comprises a floating ball and a sensing element, the shell is provided with a containing cavity, the water leakage detection module is located in the containing cavity, the shell is provided with a channel, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the channel; and the floating ball is located in the channel and can move along the channel under the effect of gravity or buoyancy, the floating ball is provided with a triggering piece, the sensing element is fixed into the containing cavity and gets close to the side wall of the channel, and the sensing element is connected with the water leakage detection module so as to awake the water leakage detection module to conduct alarming when detecting the triggering piece. The structure is simple, and implementation is easy.
