The invention discloses a flow distribution control method of a high-rise building central flue system. The central flue system comprises range hoods mounted on different floors, wherein the air outlet of each range hood communicates with a public flue through a respective smoke tube; a draught fan flow detecting module is mounted on each of the smoke tubes; the flow distribution control method comprises the following steps: through calculating the difference of the current flow and the target flow, determining the initial adjustment amount and the further adjustment amount, after estimating,adjusting and accelerating the compensation quantity, calculating new adjusting variable quantity, and compensating motor adjustment until the flow is within the target scope. The flow distribution control method has the following advantages: the rotary speed or gear of large air volume of part of high floors can be lowered through frequency conversion, gear shifting and other manners, the rotaryspeed or gear of the range hood on the lower floor and with larger resistance is increased, basic guarantee of effective air volume is realized, difference of the smoke discharging effect on differentfloors is eliminated, and through frequency conversion or gear shifting control of the indoor range hood, the control process is more efficient, energy-saving and less in loss.
一种高层楼宇中央烟道系统的流量分配控制方法,中央烟道系统包括安装在不同楼层的吸油烟机,每台吸油烟机的出风口均通过各自的烟管与公用烟道相连通,在烟管上安装有风机流量检测模块,其流量分配控制方法通过计算当前流量与目标流量的偏差,确定初始调整量和进一步调整量,并估算调整加速补偿量后计算新的调整变化量,补偿电机调整,直到流量在目标范围内。本发明的优点在于:该高层楼宇的流量分配控制方法通过变频换挡等方式降低部分高层大风量的转速或者档位,增加低层阻力较大吸油烟机的转速或者档位,实现有效风量的基本保障。消除不同楼层排烟效果的差异,且通过室内吸油烟机的变频或者换挡控制,控制过程较为高效、节能,损耗较少。
