The invention discloses a flow distribution control method of a high-rise building central flue system. According to the flow distribution control method, the central flue system comprises indoor units installed on different floors, an air outlet of each indoor unit communicates with a public flue through a corresponding smoke pipe, a flow speed detection module or a pressure detection module is installed on each smoke pipe, and target flow QL is preset within a target range [Qx, Qd]; and the flow distribution control method comprises a slave control method and a host control method. The flowdistribution control method has the advantages that the flow speed detection modules or the pressure detection modules at the outlet ends of extractor hoods are used for detecting current actual flowor outlet pressure condition of the extractor hoods, and whether the current rotating speed or gear of motors of the extractor hoods is increased or decreased or not is determined to achieve flow control; and according to the whole control method, basic guarantee of effective air volume can be achieved, the smoke exhaust effect difference of different floors is eliminated, and meanwhile through frequency conversion or gear shifting control over the indoor extractor hoods, the control process becomes efficient, and energy saving and low loss can be achieved.
