The sulfate corrosion resistance of thehigh-toughness super sulfate cement prepared by the invention is about 1.2 times and 1.5 times that of super sulfate cement and ordinary cement concrete; the flexural strength of the high-toughness super sulfate cement is about 3 times and 3.5 times of that of super sulfate cement and ordinary cement concrete, the bending deflection of the high-toughness super sulfate cement is about 40 times and50 times of that of super sulfate cement and ordinary cement concrete, and the shrinkage rate of the high-toughness super sulfate cement is about 1/2 and 3/4 of that of super sulfate cement and ordinary cement concrete.
