The composite material comprises the following raw materials: cement, quartz sand, a water reducing agent, special-shaped polyvinyl alcohol fibers and water, wherein the water-sand ratio is 1: (1.8-2.4), the water-cement ratio is (0.4-0.55): 1, the mixing amount of the water reducing agent is 0.1-0.8 wt% of that of the water, and the volume mixing amount of the special-shaped polyvinyl alcoholfibers is 0.5-3% of the total volume of the composite material. The special-shaped polyvinyl alcohol fibers are high in strength, large in special shape degree and good in special shape retention degree, and the durability and the mechanical property of the cement-based material can be effectively improved.
