Copolyformaldehyde fiber reinforced cement-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a co-polyformaldehyde fiber reinforced cement-based composite material for bridge construction and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises cement, silica fume, standard sand or river sand, a water reducing agent component A, a water reducing agent component B, co-polyformaldehyde fibers and water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dry-mixing the cement, the silica fume, the river sand, the microbead powder and the polyformaldehyde fiber to a uniform state; then sequentially adding one half of the water reducing agent and one half of the water, and continuously stirring the one half of the water reducing agent and one half of the water; and stirring until the mixture is uniformly mixed and has good fluidity, and discharging. The concrete structure formed by pouring can restrain the development of cracks due to the existence of the co-polyformaldehyde fibers, has high load holding capacity and toughness, is suitable for newly building cement-based material bridges and steel-concrete composite structure bridges and widening and reinforcing various bridge structures, and has wide application prospects in the engineering field of China.
一种用于桥梁建设的共聚甲醛纤维增强水泥基复合材料及其制备方法,材料包括:水泥、硅灰、标准砂或河砂、减水剂A组份、减水剂B组份、共聚甲醛纤维、水。制备方法包括以下步骤:干拌水泥、硅灰、河砂、微珠粉及共聚甲醛纤维至均匀状态;然后依次加入二分之一减水剂、二分之一水、二分之一减水剂、二分之一水继续搅拌;搅拌至拌合物混合均匀且流动性较好即可出料。本发明浇筑成型的混凝土结构由于共聚甲醛纤维的存在,能约束裂缝的发展,具备较强的持荷能力和韧性,本发明适用于水泥基材料桥梁、钢‑混组合结构桥梁的新建及各桥梁结构的拓宽与加固,在我国工程领域有着广阔的应用前景。
