The invention provides an anti-cracking agent for a pavement base material in seasonal frozen areas and a preparation method of the anti-cracking agent. The anti-cracking agent comprises 40%-60% of fly ash; 8%-15% of gypsum; 30%-45% of mineral ash and slag; 0.1%-0.5% of organic fibers; 1%-5% of an activator; wherein the sum of the contents is 100% based on the total mass of the anti-cracking agent. The anti-cracking agent disclosed by the invention can effectively compensate cracking caused by shrinkage of a pavement base layer through interaction of all the components. The anti-cracking agentis added into road base stable granules, and the pavement base material prepared by adding the anti-cracking agent can further improve the mechanical property, durability and other properties of thematerial and effectively compensate and reduce shrinkage cracking of the pavement base layer. The invention provides an effective way for reducing pavement base cracking in a seasonal frozen region with low humidity, large temperature difference and severe freezing and thawing.
本发明提供一种用于季冻区路面基层材料的抗裂剂及其制备方法,所述抗裂剂包括40%~60%的粉煤灰;8%~15%的石膏;30%~45%的矿物灰渣;0.1%~0.5%的有机纤维;1%~5%的活化素;所述组分含量的总和为100%,以抗裂剂的总质量计。本发明的抗裂剂通过各组分的相互作用,能够有效地补偿路面基层收缩引起的开裂。将该抗裂剂添加于道路基层稳定粒料中,添加该抗裂剂制备而成的路面基层材料可进一步改良材料的力学、耐久等性能,并有效补偿和减少路面基层的收缩开裂。本发明提供了一种湿度小、温差大及冻融严重的季冻地区降低路面基层开裂的有效途径。
