Multi-source solid waste synergistic anti-cracking toughening base layer pavement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multi-source solid waste synergistic anti-cracking toughening base layer pavement material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: cement, water, waste tire rubber powder, gravel, steel slag, a mineral admixture and a silane coupling agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding the silane coupling agent into mixing water, stirring and dispersing to form a solution, heating the solution, adding the waste tire rubber powder into the solution, uniformly stirring and soaking to obtain a waste tire rubber powder mixture for later use; s2, gravel and steel slag are mixed and stirred, and a gravel and steel slag solid mixture is obtained for use; and S3, adding the cement, the waste tire rubber powder mixture and the mineral admixture into the solid mixture, continuously stirring, adding the rest of water, and stirring, so as to obtain the multi-source solid waste synergistic anti-cracking toughening base layer pavement material. The crack resistance and deformation resistance of the base layer pavement material can be improved, the service life of the pavement is prolonged, the solid waste can be consumed on a large scale, and the pollution of the solid waste to the environment is reduced.
本发明公开了一种多源固废协同的抗裂增韧基层铺面材料,包括以下重量百分比的原料制成:水泥、水、废胎橡胶粉、碎石、钢渣、矿物掺合料、硅烷偶联剂。本发明还公开了其制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将硅烷偶联剂加入拌和水搅拌分散成溶液,加热溶液,把废胎橡胶粉投入溶液搅拌均匀并浸泡,得到废胎橡胶粉混合物备用;S2:将碎石、钢渣混合并拌和,得到碎石钢渣固体混合物备用;S3:在固体混合物中,加入水泥、废胎橡胶粉混合物、矿物掺合料,继续拌和,再加入余下的水拌和,即可获得多源固废协同的抗裂增韧基层铺面材料。本发明能够能提高基层铺面材料的抗裂性能和变形能力,延长路面服役寿命,还能规模化消纳固废,减少固废对环境的污染。
