Manufacturing method of modeling light-transmitting concrete
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of modeling light-transmitting concrete. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: 1, manufacturing a modeling template according to a customized modeling pattern on the surface of the concrete; 2, installing a steel mold required for concrete pouring; 3, punching dot-matrix type densely-distributed optical fiber positioning holes in corresponding positions on the modeling template according to the light-transmitting pattern, enabling one ends of optical fibers to penetrate into the positioning holes of the modeling template, and coating a release agent on the surface of the modeling template; 4, fixing the modeling template on a steel mold, fixing the other end of the optical fiber on an optical fiber positioning steel plate, and fixing the optical fiber positioning steel plate on a tool frame; 5, preparing and pouring a cement base into the pouring mold in the step 4; and 6, carrying out primary curing on the concrete in acuring chamber, demolding, and carrying out secondary curing to obtain the product. Different customized shapes of the concrete surface can be achieved, the light-guide fibers can be accurately positioned according to designed light-transmitting patterns, one material has two purposes, and the manufacturing cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种造型透光混凝土的制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、根据混凝土表面定制造型图案制作造型模板;步骤2、安装混凝土浇筑所需的钢模具;步骤3、按照透光图案在造型模板上对应的位置打出点阵式密布的光导纤维定位孔,并将光导纤维一端穿入造型模板的定位孔中,并在造型模板的表面涂刷脱模剂;步骤4、将造型模板固定在钢模具上,将光导纤维的另一端固定在光纤定位钢板上,光纤定位钢板固定在工装架上;步骤5、配置水泥基并浇入步骤4的浇筑模具中;步骤6、将混凝土在养护室中进行一次养护后脱模,脱模后二次养护即得产品。本发明不仅可实现混凝土表面不同定制造型,同时可按设计透光图案精确定位光导纤维,一材两用,节约造价。
