The invention relates to a low-temperature sintered aluminum-zirconium-carbon sliding plate containing nano silica fume. The low-temperature sintered aluminum-zirconium-carbon sliding plate comprisesmain components and phenol-formaldehyde resin; the main components comprise, in percentage by weight, 30-36% of tabular corundum, 15-25% of fused zirconia corundum, 25-30% of fused white corundum, 1-4% of metal aluminum powder, 3-7% of monatomic silicon powder, 3-7% of crystalline flake graphite or carbon black and 1-4% of nano silica fume. The addition amount of the phenolic resin is 4% of the main components. The low-temperature sintered aluminum-zirconium-carbon sliding plate has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, the firing temperature is low, the preparation cost is low, and the performance is excellent. On the basis of ensuring excellent use performance of the sliding plate, the service life of the sliding plate can be greatly prolonged, and meanwhile, coal gas consumption in the sliding plate manufacturing and firing process is reduced by 1/2 or more.
