The main raw materials comprise fused alumina, zirconium mullite, aluminum powder, carbon, a binding agent and magnesium oxide micro-powder, and the sliding plate is finally prepared through mixing, forming and heat treatment. By introducing the high-activity magnesium oxide fine powder, spinel can be formed through partial reaction during high-temperature treatment, the apparent porosity of the material is reduced, and ceramic combination is formed. Besides, in the high-temperature service process, spinel can also dissolve manganese and iron in the slag in a solid mode, the slag viscosity is increased, and the slag resistance is improved.
