The invention discloses an anchoring method of an integral pouring type large-tension composite inhaul cable, which comprises the following steps: an inhaul cable fixing step: a sleeve with an internal taper and two end clamps are used as anchorage devices to fix and center the inhaul cable, and the two end clamps are a loading end clamp and a free end clamp; and a pouring step: the interiors of the anchorage devices are filled with bonding media of which the rigidity is changed in a segmented and gradient manner in a pouring manner from top to bottom, and chopped fiber yarns are arranged among the bonding media in each segment. The segmented and gradient change of the rigidity of the bonding media greatly reduces the concentration of radial pressure stress and longitudinal shear stress ofthe inhaul cable in the anchoring area. The method has the characteristics of simplicity and quickness in construction and gentle stress distribution of the anchoring area, and can realize efficient,reliable and long-term anchoring of the large-tension composite inhaul cable.
本发明公开了一种整体浇筑式大拉力复材拉索的锚固方法,包括:拉索固定步骤:采用具有内锥度的套筒和两个端部夹具作为锚具对拉索进行固定和对中,其中两个端部夹具为加载端夹具和自由端夹具;浇筑步骤:通过从上往下的浇注方式在锚具内填充刚度分段梯度变化的粘结介质,各区段粘结介质之间布置短切纤维纱。粘结介质刚度的分段梯次变化大大降低了锚固区拉索的径向压应力和纵向剪应力集中。本发明具有施工简单快速、锚固区应力分布平缓的特点,可以实现大拉力复材拉索高效可靠长期的锚固。
