Construction method of foundation pit supporting structure of prefabricated reinforced concrete combined support
The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting method of a prefabricated reinforced concrete combined support. The method includes the following steps that a circle of steel enclosing purlins arearranged along an enclosure wall of a foundation pit, and steel stand columns are arranged on the front side and the rear side in the foundation pit; a steel corbel is welded to the outer wall of each steel stand column; a front steel waist beam and a rear steel waist beam are fixed to upper flange plates of the steel corbels of the steel stand columns through high-strength bolts; the front steelwaist beam and the rear steel waist beam are each provided with multiple sets of reinforced concrete combined supporting structures at intervals in a left-right manner; and a hydraulic jack is placedbetween a vertical plate of each piece of angle iron and the corresponding steel enclosing purlin, and pressure is uniformly loaded on prefabricated steel beams and prefabricated concrete plates by the hydraulic jacks through the angle iron. The combined support is formed by combining the prefabricated concrete plates and the steel beams and is convenient to install and detach, high in construction speed and capable of being repeatedly used, the supporting effect can be achieved by exerting pre-pressure through the jacks, and the magnitude of the supporting force can be regulated.
本发明公开了一种预制装配式钢混组合支撑的基坑支护方法,包括以下步骤:沿基坑的围护墙体设置一圈钢围檩,在基坑内的前侧以及后侧钢立柱;在每一根钢立柱的外壁上焊接钢牛腿;将前后两根钢腰梁分别通过高强螺栓固定在钢立柱钢牛腿的上翼缘板上;在前后两根钢腰梁上分别左右间隔安装多组钢混组合支撑结构;在每一块角钢的竖直板与钢围檩之间放置一个液压千斤顶,液压千斤顶通过角钢将压力均匀地加载到预制钢梁及预制混凝土板块上。本发明组合支撑由预制混凝土块和钢梁组合而成,安装和拆除方便,施工速度快,可重复利用,可通过千斤顶施加与压力来发挥支撑作用并可调节支撑力大小。
