The invention discloses a static pressure steel sheet pile combined reinforced concrete inner support foundation pit supporting construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps of preparation before construction, steel sheet pile press-in construction, earth excavation, stand column pile and steel stand column construction, waist beam and inner support beam construction,waist beam and inner support beam dismounting and pile pulling. According to the construction method, mechanical equipment integrating a twist drill guide hole system and a static pressure pile planting machine is adopted, a twist drill of the equipment is used for drilling various hard geological guide holes and then pressing into a steel sheet pile, the penetration resistance of the pile side and the pile bottom of the steel sheet pile is reduced, it is guaranteed that the steel sheet pile is smoothly pressed into various hard geologies, the press-in perpendicularity, depth and constructionquality of the steel sheet pile are guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved; and after a foundation pit is backfilled, the static pressure steel sheet pile planting machine can be usedfor pulling out the steel sheet pile for cyclic utilization, and direct material cost is saved.
本发明揭示了一种静压钢板桩结合钢筋混凝土内支撑基坑支护施工工法，包括如下步骤：施工前准备、钢板桩压入施工、土方开挖、立柱桩和钢立柱施工、腰梁及内支撑梁施工、腰梁及内支撑梁拆除、拔桩，工法采用螺旋钻引孔系统与静压植桩机结合为一体的机械设备，利用设备自带螺旋钻钻进各类坚硬地质引孔后压入钢板桩，降低了钢板桩桩侧及桩底贯入阻力，确保了钢板桩顺利压入各类坚硬地质，保证了钢板桩压入垂直度、深度及施工质量，提高了施工效率；待基坑回填后还可采用静压钢板桩植桩机将钢板桩拔出循环利用，节约了直接材料成本。
