The invention discloses a positioning tool and positioning method for steel structure stand column foundation bolts in a pile cap foundation reinforcing steel bar. The problem of how to position the pre-buried steel structure stand column foundation bolts in the pile cap foundation reinforcing steel bar in a high-quality manner is solved. The work is implemented in two stages. In the first stage,pre-positioning of the four foundation bolts is completed on a horizontal operation table; and in other words, two movably-arranged crossed three-section steel casing pipes with graduated scales are arranged, the length of the steel casing pipes can be regulated in two directions, bolt sleeving connection pipe bases are fixedly arranged at the outer ends of the steel casing pipes, the gaps betweenthe bolt sleeving connection pipe bases are made to be the same as the accurate locating positions of the four foundation bolts, and the four positioned foundation bolts are welded through four foundation bolt connection ribs in advance to form a stable foundation bolt pre-locating frame; and in the second stage, the stable foundation bolt pre-locating frame formed through welding is hoisted in the tied closed square pile cap foundation reinforcing steel bar, tying and fixing are conducted, and then located pouring of the foundation bolts is implemented.
本发明公开了一种承台基础钢筋中钢结构立柱地脚螺栓定位工装及定位方法，解决了如何在承台基础钢筋中高质量定位预埋钢结构立柱地脚螺栓的问题。本发明分两个阶段进行实施，第一阶段是在一个水平操作台上完成四根地脚螺栓的预先定位，即通过活动设置的十字交叉的两个三段双向可调节长短的带刻度尺的钢套管，并在钢套管的外端固定设置一个螺栓套接管座，使它们之间的间距与四个地脚螺栓的准确定位位置相同，预先将定位好的四个地脚螺栓再分别通过四根地脚螺栓连接筋进行焊接组成稳定的地脚螺栓预定位框架；第二阶段是将焊接组成稳定的地脚螺栓预定位框架吊装到被绑扎的封闭的口字形承台基础钢筋中，进行绑扎固定，然后实施地脚螺栓的定位浇筑。
