The invention relates to a circulation and utilization construction method for a wood embedded bolt sleeve for a large equipment foundation. The bolt sleeve comprises wood formworks, square wood keels, a cross framework and an outer coating polystyrene plate; the four wood formworks are overlapped and assembled into a main bolt sleeve body adopting the hollow cuboid structure; the square wood keels are fixed to the four corners of the main bolt sleeve body in the vertical direction; the cross framework formed through cross inserting of two wood plywood formworks is inserted in the middle of the main bolt sleeve body; and the outer side of the main bolt sleeve body is coated with the outer coating polystyrene plate. The rigidity of the wood bolt sleeve is increased, the outer side is coatedwith the polystyrene plate, and the bolt sleeve is mounted and positioned on the equipment foundation; during dismounting, a formwork dismounting hole is drilled in the exposed part of the bolt sleeve, a reinforcing steel bar transversely penetrates through the formwork dismounting hole, exposed parts of two sides of the reinforcing steel bar are sleeved with lifting lugs, and the bolt sleeve isdismounted by the aid of a lever or a steel pipe hanging bracket. With the adoption of the method, the purposes of dismounting the formworks conveniently and guaranteeing the rim quality are achieved,and the formwork circulation rate is high.
本发明涉及一种大型设备基础木制预埋螺栓套周转利用施工方法,所述螺栓套包括木模板、方木龙骨、十字骨架和外包苯板;由四块木模板搭接拼装成中空长方体结构的螺栓套主体,螺栓套主体的四角沿竖直方向分别固定方木龙骨,螺栓套主体中部插入由两块木胶合模板十字拼插形成的十字骨架,外包苯板包覆在螺栓套主体外侧。通过增加木制螺栓套的刚性,外侧包附苯板,将螺栓套安装定位在设备基础上;拆除时,在螺栓套外露部分钻拆模孔,于拆模孔内横向贯穿一根钢筋,钢筋两边外露部分套吊耳,通过撬杠或钢管吊架将螺栓套拆除。采用本发明方法实现了便于拆除模板和保证杯口质量的目的,模板周转率高。
