The invention relates to a bolt embedded foundation and a construction method thereof. The bolt embedded foundation comprises a supporting module; the anchor plate module comprises a modular mounting frame and a plurality of anchor plate pieces, the modular mounting frame is arranged above the supporting module and used for mounting the anchor plate pieces, the upper ends of the anchor plate pieces are provided with openings, and the lower ends of the anchor plate pieces are closed; each pouring protection module comprises a plurality of connected pouring protection sleeves, and each pouring protection sleeve communicates with the opening in the upper end of the corresponding anchor plate piece, so that the head of the embedded bolt can penetrate through the pouring protection sleeves to be fixedly arranged in the upper end of the anchor plate piece; and the axial length of the pouring sheath is set according to the tension/pressure borne by the embedded bolt. The bolt embedded foundation can meet the requirement of large equipment for the foundation strength and is not prone to falling off, the construction cost can be reduced, and the construction difficulty can be lowered.
