Manufacturing method of stirrup spacing control rod used for steel bar binding
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a stirrup spacing control rod used for steel bar binding. During housing project construction, the column and beam stirrup spacing is most 100 mm and 200 mm, full lift densification spacing is most 100 mm, and non-full-lift spacing is 100 mm and 200 mm. The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a PVC pipe isselected as a rod body of the stirrup spacing control rod; b, a mark pen is adopted for scale line marking along corresponding scale line portions; c, scale-marked scale lines of the stirrup spacingcontrol rod are aired; and d, the scale lines are metered and rechecked, if no error exists after rechecking, manufacturing of the stirrup spacing control rod is completed, and the stirrup spacing control rod can be used on site. The manufacturing method of the stirrup spacing control rod used for steel bar binding has the advantages that the control rod is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, the binding efficiency and the quality percent of pass of finished products are greatly improved, the job schedule is improved, and the engineering cost is reduced.
一种用于钢筋绑扎的箍筋间距控制杆的制作方法,在住宅工程施工中、柱、梁箍筋间距多为100mm、200mm,全高加密多为100mm间距,非全高加密则为100mm、200mm,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、选用PVC管作箍筋间距控制杆的杆体,b、沿对应刻度线部位采用油性记号笔进行刻度线标记,c、将标记好刻度的箍筋间距控制杆刻度线晾干,d、对刻度线进行尺量复核,复核无误则完成箍筋间距控制杆的制作,且能在现场进行使用。本发明的用于钢筋绑扎的箍筋间距控制杆的制作方法具有控制杆结构简单、制作方便,大大提高绑扎效率和成品质量合格率,提高工程进度和降低工程成本的优点。
