The invention relates to a fair-faced concrete splicing formwork and a supporting system thereof. The fair-faced concrete splicing formwork comprises a formwork body with an outer surface, at least one fixing part arranged on the outer surface, rotating parts which are arranged on the outer surface and can rotate relative to the formwork body and lock catches cooperatively clamped with the rotating parts; and one side of the formwork body is provided with a dovetail-shaped groove, the other side of the formwork body is provided with a dovetail-shaped convex block which is in clamping fit withthe dovetail-shaped groove, and the formwork body is made of hard plastic. The formwork and an adjacent formwork are fixedly clamped and connected through the dovetail-shaped convex block and the dovetail-shaped groove, the rotating parts are rotated to enable the rotating parts and the lock catches to be clamped, then the outer surfaces of the two adjacent formworks are located on a same horizontal plane, and the butt-joint connecting flatness of panels of the same-side formworks is improved.
