Fair-faced concrete formwork splicing and reinforcing method
The invention discloses a fair-faced concrete formwork splicing and reinforcing method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a fair-faced concrete formwork; S2, manufacturing double-spliced channel steel, and connecting the channel steel through connecting pieces in a welded mode; S3, machining n-shaped steel, and reserving self-tapping screw holes and common bolt holes; S4, placing the double-spliced channel steel horizontally on a splicing table, and adjusting the distance between the double-spliced channel steel; S5, placing the n-shaped steel and the double-spliced channel steel vertically; S6, placing the fair-faced concrete formwork on the n-shaped steel, conducting preliminary assembly, and checking the flatness of the formwork to be smaller than or equal to 3 mm through a guiding rule; S7, dismantling the fair-faced concrete formwork, and tightening and reinforcing the double-spliced channel steel and the n-shaped steel through bolts; S8, mounting the fair-faced concrete formwork again, and after the flatness is checked and adjusted to be smaller than or equal to 3 mm, fixing the fair-faced concrete formwork through self-tapping screws; and S9, repeating the steps S6-S8 to splice the remaining fair-faced concrete formworks, and bonding the fair-faced concrete formworks through a silicone structural sealant. The invention provides a method which is more convenient for splicing, machining, reinforcing and adjusting the formwork.
