Lofting mechanism and lofting method for positioning binding steel bars on cast-in-place floor slab bottom formwork
The invention discloses a lofting mechanism and a lofting method for positioning binding steel bars on a cast-in-place floor slab bottom formwork. The lofting mechanism and the lofting method solve the problems that the lofting operation of an existing lofting mechanism and an existing lofting method is time-consuming and labor-consuming and lofting grids are easy to be uneven. A simple lofting hand-push roller is manufactured by using waste thin iron sheets and thick iron wires on a construction site, the diameter of the hand-push roller is adjustable, the circumferential perimeter of the hand-push roller is changed by adjusting the diameter of the hand-push roller, and the perimeter is equal to the distance between binding steel bars of a cast-in-place floor plate; and a guiding rule isarranged on a push handle of the hand-push roller, the straightness of unwinding mark points is controlled through abutting joint of the guiding rule and a wall side formwork on the side of the bottomformwork, so that steel bar positioning mark points at equal intervals are marked on the rectangular bottom formwork in an unwinding mode, field operators are guided, and transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars are positioned and bound according to the mark points. The lofting mechanism and the lofting method are particularly suitable for binding the floor plate steel bars.
本发明公开了一种现浇楼板底模板上定位绑扎钢筋的放样机构及放样方法,解决了现有放样机构及放样方法存在的放样操作费时费力和容易发生放样网格不均匀的问题。利用施工现场废弃的薄铁皮和粗铁丝制作简易的放样手推滚筒,手推滚筒的直径可调整,通过调整手推滚筒的直径,来改变手推滚筒的圆周周长,该周长等于浇铸楼层板绑扎钢筋的间距,在手推滚筒的推把上设置靠尺,通过靠尺与底模板边侧墙体侧模板的靠接控制放线标记点的直线度,从而在矩形底模板上放线标记出等间距的钢筋定位标记点,指导现场操作人员,根据标记点进行横向钢筋及纵向钢筋的定位及绑扎。特别适合在楼层板钢筋绑扎中使用。
