The invention provides a signal tower with a lightning protection function for a D2D communication technology in 5G communication. The structure of the signal tower comprises a signal transmitter, a box door, a pedestal fixing plate, a control machine box, a protective screen rack, a signal reception and transmission control base station and a lightning arrester; and the lightning arrester is arranged on the signal transmitter. According to the signal tower provided by the invention, by arranging a cable rack structure, a pull rod is released after cables are ordered so that a first arc-shapedplate moves toward one side of a second clamping plate so as to clamp the cables, and thus the cables can be effectively ordered and clamped and the cables can be prevented from being staggered; by arranging a stable structure, an embedding strut on a first weight increasing block can be controlled to be embedded into a guide hole in the lower end of a cable ordering rod; subsequently an embedding fixed rod on a second weight increasing block is embedded into the right side of the first weight increasing block; the first weight increasing block and the second weight increasing block are fixedtogether so as to increase the weight below a protective housing, thus the gravity enter of the protective housing can be increased stably, and the signal tower can be more stable.
