The invention discloses a preparation method of nanocrystalline mullite powder. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving Al(NO3)3.9H2O, Si(OC2H5)4 and urea in a mixed solution composed ofethanol and deionized water, and stirring for 7-9 hours to obtain a precursor; putting the precursor into a muffle furnace, heating to 1050-1150 DEG C at a heating rate of 8 DEG C/min, keeping the temperature for 5-6 hours, and calcining to obtain mullite powder; and pressing the mullite powder into a test sample with a diameter of 6 cm and a height of 2 cm by virtue of a Bridgmann type high-pressure device under 3.8-4.2 GPa, heating the test sample to 1250-1350 DEG C within 1-2 minutes, sintering for 70-90 seconds, and cooling to obtain the mullite powder. The method is simple, convenient, rapid and easy to operate, the high-density nanocrystalline mullite powder is successfully prepared, and large-scale preparation can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种纳米晶莫来石粉体的制备方法,步骤如下:将Al(NO)·9HO、Si(OCH)和尿素溶于由乙醇和去离子水组成的混合溶液中,搅拌7‑9h得前驱体;将前驱体置于马弗炉中,以8℃/min的升温速率升温至1050‑1150℃下保温5‑6h,煅烧得莫来石粉体;通过Bridgmann型高压装置,在3.8‑4.2GPa下将莫来石粉体压制成直径为6cm、高为2cm的试样,同时在1‑2min内将试样升温到1250‑1350℃烧结70‑90s,冷却即得。该方法简便、快捷、易操作,成功制备了高密度的纳米晶莫来石粉体,可大规模制备。
